Paneer Laddoo is a North Indian recipe made using paneer, milk and ghee. Try out this easy laddoo recipe made on festivals like Diwali and Navratri. Make these laddoos at home and serve your guests!


Ingredients:





    *1 cup paneer
    *1/4 cup milk powder
    *1/2 teaspoon green cardamom
    *4 strand saffron
    *silver vark as required

   * 1/2 cup sugar
   *1/4 cup milk
   *5 teaspoon ghee
   *10 pistachios

For The Garnishing

    *silver vark as required

Method:
** How to make Paneer Laddoo:

    Step 1.

    Heat a pan over medium flame. Add ghee, paneer, sugar and stir well.
    Step 2.

    Keep stirring from time to time to prevent it from sticking to the bottom. In the meantime, mix the milk powder and milk in a separate bowl.
    Step 3.

    Pour this into the paneer mixture. Stir well and when it stops sticking to the sides of the pan, add the saffron, cardamom powder and mix well.
    Step 4.

    Remove from flame and allow it to cool. Make small laddoos and keep aside.
    Step 5.

    Garnish with sliced pistachios and silver vark. Serve at once.
